How many times have you wondered if your partner would be interested in a certain sexual kink but didn't know how to broach the subject?
Here is a sexual survey to help a couple easily find out all about their tastes. Perhaps even those that they have been reluctant or afraid to tell anyone about.
Many have asked me "what is the point?" The point is very simple. One of the most important aspects of any relationship is communication. This survey helps open up dialog between couples about subjects that are difficult to discuss under the best of circumstances. Additionally you may even learn some things about yourself and perhaps a few things that you may have never known existed.
This survey was not designed to replace discussion of these subjects, but rather to initiate a long and hopefully perpetual discussion of all aspects of your life together.
It is geared to D/s couple. (although its generalized enough for any couple ) A bit of a warning.... The following is a very long and in-depth survey! (Over 1000 questions) Please take your time! This is not a test! There are no wrong answers. So have fun with it!
Feel free to elaborate on your answers in the empty field after each question. That way the person you share your answers with will understand your thoughts and feelings.
1)
This survey has undergone some major changes as of late. I have made changes that allow almost all aspects to work no matter which modern web browser you choose to use. If you are using a browser older than Fire Fox 2 and IE6, its well past time to upgrade. "Mousing" over links can bring up tool tips with explanations or you can click on the link and it will open a new window with
the same information.
2) For full functionality please set your browser to open up new pages in a new
tab and allow pop-ups from this site. There are no pop-up ads here.. Pop-ups are
for the descriptions of things should you desire more detail. If you have your
screen resolution less than 1024x768 you may not be able to see the survey
correctly.
3) Saving. There is a "Save" button on every results page that will easily allow you to save your results. Unfortunately this function only seems to work in Internet Explorer. You can of course just go to the file menu and choose "Save Page As" (ctrl+S) to save your results pages. If anyone knows of a way to call the save dialog from a button please drop me a note.
4) Are you 18? The United States Government says that if you are under 18 that you may not view adult material. (I personally think that's a load of shit. If you are old enough to fuck then you are old enough to learn what is safe and healthy.) But for legality sake. If you are under the age of 18 get your parents to help you with this stuff (Which is actually a good idea so talk to your parents about this)

I have written this survey as a sort of public service. These pages do not collect or store the information you enter. Submitting the forms sends the information directly to the results page for easy saving or printing.
